In order to approve your application, we will require:

- Valid Federal Tax ID
- Valid Re-Seller Permit
- Valid Business License
- Photos of your store (Brick & Mortar) or link to your site (Online).
- Signed Re-Seller Agreement (sent by email)

Please note: We have a strict policy which prohibits the sale of our products on Amazon, Ebay, Rakuten, personal blog sites, third party retail/wholesale sites, third party online marketplaces, auction sites, mass order websites, kiosks, flea markets (including record swaps), and home based web stores. We are very selective on who we approve, we will only approve reputable retailers.
